Returns Policy

CUSTOMER MUST  PAY RETURN SHIPPING FOR ALL CANCELED OR RETURNED ORDERS

Max Quality Glass LLC is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office with your tracking number to remedy the situation or set up a re-delivery. If items are returned to us we will contact you to set up a reshipment. 

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR USED PRODUCTS.
Used products that are returned will be disposed of and no refund will be administered.

If you Receive Broken or defective Product We will replace it.

All that we ask is that you ship all Broken or Defective Items back to us.

Only send back the broken items and include the packing slip provided.

We will send Replacement Item as soon as we receive the defective one. 
If we are out of Stock, Store Credit or Refund will be given.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
